The Schneider Optics SAPPHIRE 0.02/0.23x V70 lens is an extremely high resolution lens that is optimized for 16k with 3.5 µm (57.3 mm) and 12k / 5 µm (62.5 mm) line scan sensors. It can also be used with area scan sensors. It has a M52x0.75 filter thread, and .38 meter minimum object distance. The lens is optimized for a specific magnification of 0.23x.

Schneider Optics SAPPHIRE line scan lenses are high-speed, high performance, robust, and compact lenses. SAPPHIRE lenses are optimized for 16k with 3.5 µm (57.3 mm) and 12k / 5µm (62.5 mm), and 16k with 3.5/5 µm (57.3/82 mm) and 12k / 5µm (62.5 mm) (SAPPHIRE XL). They can also be used with area sensors up to a 67 mm or 82 mm (SAPPHIRE XL) diagonal. SAPPHIRE lenses provide extremely high resolution. They are optimized for specific magnifications of 0.07x - 2.0x. The V70-mount provides the flexibility to easily install numerous mounts and adjust the lens for the best azimuth marking. SAPPHIRE lenses are ideal for many industrial and machine vision applications including defect detection, automated optical inspection, PCB inspection, FPD inspection.
