SoC (System on Chip) technology
Integrating Ambarella SoC (System on Chip) technology, IDS uEye Live cameras edit, process, filter, and evaluate image data directly on the camera. Instead of transmitting individual raw images, the cameras can provide up to three parallel video streams using RTSP with H.264 or HTTP with MJPEG. Video can be sent directly to end devices without an additional PC, supporting live monitoring, detailed post-analysis, and integration into different systems.

Event recording for process monitoring and analysis
A software command or trigger line can initiate recording of video sequences in the camera's internal persistent memory. The recording can be configured to capture video before, during, and after an event, providing a history of machine malfunctions, failures, or other process events.
