Traditional HDR relies on multiple exposure methods that encounter limitations for motion and high data rates. Gidel’s HDR IP utilizes a single exposure algorithm that overcomes these limits to provide real-time superior HDR quality with virtually zero-latency.
The algorithm analyzes the luminance of each pixel luminance and surrounding pixels, dynamically adjusting the HDR processing to compensate for luminosity variations. The result is extraordinary color accuracy even with fluctuating light conditions.
