Effilux LED bar lights are compact, robust lights that provide intense and uniform Linear LED light illumination. They are available with different bar light types, and with options for adjustable angles and lens positions, illumination with direct, low-angle, diffused or strobe lighting, and an optional polarizer. In addition to the lens positions, diffuser windows and polarizer, there is also a line scan film and cylindrical lens available which focuses the light into a line.

The Effilux EFFI-Flex2 LED bar light is an adjustable bar light with a multimode driver. EFFI-Flex2 includes the same optical features that are in the EFFI-Flex bar light: an adjustable lens position for emission angles from 90 to 10 degrees, diffusers for strobed light, diffused, semi-diffused,or opaline light, and optional optical accessories (polarizer, linescan film, and cylindrical lens).
Although similar to the EFFI-Flex adjustable bar light, EFFI-Flex2 provides even more flexibility. This bar light's design makes optical, electrical, and mechanical adjustments a simple process. The multimode driver features 3 electronic modes: AutoStrobe with 450% Overdrive, Adjustable Strobe with controlled intensity from 10% to 100%, and Dimmable Continuous with controlled intensity from 10% to 100%. The 450% Overdrive mode is 1.5 times more powerful than the original EFFI-Flex LED bar light in overdrive. The driver is also enabled with software to customize the electronic parameters.

EFFI-Flex-BL is a backlight in a compact LED bar that can be used in linear backlight mode or for diffused directional lighting. Used in linear backlight mode with linear cameras, these LED bar / backlights can be used to illuminate the outline of objects. The integrated driver has an AIC function to control light intensity. These bar / backlights are ideal for linescan inspection of semi-transparent materials like paper, glass, and plastic film.
The EFFI-Square is a bar light system with four EFFI-Flex bar lights. Each EFFI-Flex light can be set up individually with the best position and angle for optimal illumination of objects.

The EFFI-Flex-LG is an economical, flexible and ultra high-power LED bar light that has been specifically designed for logistics automation applications. These logistic bar lights feature ultra high power with MegaStrobe™ technology, a fast pulse duration, and low power consumption. The optical configuration can be adjusted as required for the logistics application with the adjustable lens positions and interchangeable windows. EFFI-Flex-LG LED bar lights are suitable for all logistics automation applications including inspection, sizing, sorting, and tunneling.
The EFFI-Flex IP69K is a waterproof LED bar light that's designed specifically for harsh industrial environments such as the food industry and other wash-down environments. The robust, compact, stainless steel body withstands high temperatures and high pressure water wash-downs from any direction. Encased in the protective body, this LED bar light has the same optical features as the EFFI-Flex bar light and a built in driver for AutoStrobe Mode (standard) or Intensity Control Mode (optional).
