The IDS Imaging uEye EVS UE-39B4XLS-E event based camera features a 1/2.5" 1280x720 resolution Sony Prophesee IMX636 sensor, a USB3 interface with speeds up to 5 Gbps, a lockable USB-Micro-B connector, and C/CS lens mount. With an ultra-compact size and lightweight, this event-based camera is well-suited for embedded systems.

Unlike traditional frame-based cameras, IDS Imaging uEye EVS event-based cameras utilize a change-driven approach, capturing only pixel-level brightness changes. This asynchronous method drastically reduces data transmission, leading to lower latency and improved efficiency. uEye EVS event-based cameras are available without a lens mount, or with a C, CS, or S lens mount. They are an optimal solution for a wide range of imaging applications, including object tracking, robotics, sports and motion analysis, traffic and transport (ITS), and visualization applications.
