IDS Imaging Ensenso N Series 3D cameras are a compact, lightweight industrial 3D camera that's based on the stereo vision principle. The integrated projector and pattern mask produce a high contrast texture with a random dot pattern to inspect an object's surface. The Ensenso N Series 3D camera works for either static or moving objects even in changing or low light conditions. Ensenso N Series 3D cameras are fully integrated and pre-calibrated for easy setup.
Ensenso N Series 3D cameras are specifically designed for harsh industrial environments with IP65/67 protection. Their compact design makes the Ensenso N Series 3D cameras easy to fit into tight spaces or in moving components such as robotic arms. The N Series 3D cameras includes 2 variants. The N3x is built with aluminum housing for optimal heat dissipation in extreme environments and is "TM Plug&Play" certified by Techman Robot. The N4x is an even more cost-effective and more lightweight (550 grams vs 650 grams) 3D camera with robust plastic composite housing, rounded edges and decoupled 3D stereo electronics.
