Teledyne DALSA Linea ML 32K Monochrome Line Scan Camera
The Teledyne DALSA Linea ML ML-HM-32k15H is an ultra-high-resolution 32K monochrome CMOS line scan camera designed for demanding inspection applications requiring exceptional spatial resolution and high throughput. Featuring 32,768-pixel resolution, 2.5 µm pixels, and line rates up to 150 kHz, the camera is well suited for semiconductor wafer, electronics, flat-panel, web, and other high-precision inspection systems.
Teledyne DALSA Linea ML multiline cameras combine advanced CMOS line scan technology with a high-bandwidth Camera Link HS (CLHS) interface. Its multiline architecture, high dynamic range, flexible triggering and image-processing capabilities provide the performance needed for high-speed inspection of extremely small features and defects.
