JAI Wave WAA-1300-GE-TEC Visible + SWIR Camera
The JAI WAA-1300-GE-TEC is a high-performance Visible + SWIR area scan camera designed for demanding industrial inspection and machine vision applications. Built around a Sony IMX990 InGaAs image sensor, it captures both visible and short-wave infrared wavelengths from approximately 400–1700 nm using a single sensor, simplifying system design while revealing features invisible to conventional cameras. With 1.3 MP (1280x1024) resolution, frame rates up to 90 fps, 5µm pixel size, integrated thermoelectric cooling (TEC), and a GigE Vision interface, the WAA-1300-GE-TEC delivers outstanding image quality for semiconductor inspection, food sorting, recycling, scientific imaging, material analysis, and pharmaceutical inspection.
JAI Wave SWIR cameras are designed for high-speed industrial machine vision applications such as inspection, sorting, and moisture analysis. They are available in various configurations that includes area and line scan cameras, GigE or Camera Link interfaces, multispectral or monochrome, SWIR and Visible + SWIR models.
