The Z-Trak™ Express 1K5 series offers high-speed 3D inspection with a constant profile rate of 5,000 profiles per second at its maximum measurement range, along with real-time processing. This versatile series is available in various laser configurations and boasts a horizontal field-of-view up to 1,700mm. Multiple Z-Trak Express 1K5 sensors can be combined for precise in-line 3D measurement and inspection across diverse industries, including secondary battery production, automotive, lumber inspection, factory automation, and logistics.

Cost-effective and feature-rich, the Z-Trak Express 1K5 comes bundled with:

  • Z-Trak 3D Apps Studio: A powerful suite of software tools for in-line measurement and inspection.
  • Z-Expert: A graphical configuration utility.
  • Sherlock™8: A field-proven rapid deployment platform for machine vision, enabling seamless communication with PLCs and other devices through industry-standard protocols such as TCP/IP, MODBUS®, and ProfiNet®.

All Z-Trak 3D laser profilers are factory calibrated for accurate real-time measurements, and built with IP67 enclosures for harsh envionments. With sophisticated algorithms and blue laser options for highly reflective surfaces, or red laser options for more complex surfaces, Z-Trak laser profilers proficiently handle virtually any 3D inspection task. Support for GigEVision standard enables the Z-Trak 3D laser profilers to work with both the Teledyne DALSA image processing and analysis software packages, as well as a wide variety of third party 3D image processing and analysis packages.
