The Z-Trak™ Express 1K5 series offers high-speed 3D inspection with a constant profile rate of 5,000 profiles per second at its maximum measurement range, along with real-time processing. This versatile series is available in various laser configurations and boasts a horizontal field-of-view up to 1,700mm. Multiple Z-Trak Express 1K5 sensors can be combined for precise in-line 3D measurement and inspection across diverse industries, including secondary battery production, automotive, lumber inspection, factory automation, and logistics.

Support for GigEVision standard enables the Z-Trak 3D laser profilers to work with both the Teledyne DALSA image processing and analysis software packages, as well as a wide variety of third party 3D image processing and analysis packages.
