Gardasoft LED Lighting controllers for control of light intensity in either continuous or strobed machine vision lighting applications
RT200 Series
RT400 Series
RT800 Series
In 2, 4 or 8 channel modules, the Gardasoft range of LED lighting controllers allows the user to precisely and independently control an LED light module on each channel.
LEDs are current driven devices and current control is mandatory for precise intensity control. The Gardasoft controllers offer precise current control to ensure stable and repeatable illumination.
Each channel is controlled independently, either continuous or strobed, with timing control down to 1µS on selected models so that fast moving objects can be ‘frozen’ when imaged. The patented SafeSense® allows the LEDs to be overdriven safely protecting the LEDs while optimizing the amount of light produced.
Communication with the controllers is achieved in various methods with some
models offering a
push button /menu interface and others offering
RS232 or
Ethernet communication, allowing remote control and easy integration into
automated solutions. A new
Web Interface
is now available for the
Ethernet
Controllers that allows a user to open up a remote browser to setup and
control the Ethernet RT controllers.
The new generation of RT controllers incorporate the new SafePower® allowing much easier integration as any light can be driven and overdriven from a conventional 24vdc power supply. SafeSense® is also standard on all models. With higher pulse currents available and the ability to define whether the light is current rated, or voltage rated, the RT range offers the highest level of control coupled with hassle free integration.
