AVT FirePackage

Get the Most From Your Stingray!

AVT’s FirePackage V2.9 provides expanded functions and improvements for its universal C-programming interface (UniAPI). This includes amongst others an easy upload of Look-up Tables (LUT), a functional improved multi-camera operation and several examples that explain how to use UniAPI with third-party software solutions like Open eVision from Euresys or the MATROX Imaging Library.

This version also provides a plug-in for ImageJ image-processing software that examplified how to use the UniAPI running under Java.

UniAPI and AVT cameras combine to provide a comprehensive, reliable, universal programming interface for developing machine-vision applications.

This release of the AVT FirePackage expands the functions of the AVT SmartView camera test and configuration tool so that images from sensors whose resolution is greater than the maximum resolution on the PC can still be fully displayed (zoom-out functionality). Another expanded function of AVT’s SmartView is a new LUT tool that makes it easy to edit, load and store LUTs. This powerful, simple user interface makes it easy to load any LUTs into a camera.

This release now offers users of the Stingray camera series full support of all currently implemented SmartFeatures.
